Directions

  1. 1Potong tempe menjadi beberapa bagian.
  2. 2Haluskan cabe rawit, cabe keriting dan bawang putih dengan blender mini.
  3. 3Campurkan potongan tempe dengan bumbu halus, telur, terigu, maizena, garam, kaldu, ketumbar bubuk dan potongan daun jeruk. Aduk rata.
  4. 4Goreng tempe hingga berwarna kuning kecoklatan.
  5. 5Buat sambal kecap dengan mencampurkan irisan cabe, bawang merah dan kecap.

  • 1 bungkus tempe
  • 3 buah cabe rawit
  • 2 buah cabe keriting
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 2 sdm air
  • 6 butir telur
  • 4 sdm terigu
  • 4 sdm maizena
  • 1 sdm garam
  • 1 sdm kaldu
  • 1 sdm ketumbar bubuk
  • 5 lembar daun jeruk
  • 1 buah cabe
  • 1 buah bawang merah
  • 1 sdm kecap
