Easy Creamy Cheese Pasta
Directions
- 1Finely chop the red onion and sauté it in a frying pan with a little oil.
- 2Add the cherry tomatoes, and then add butter.
- 3Add a handful of basil leaves.
- 4Stir in tomato paste.
- 5Season with salt.
- 6Add water.
- 7Add spaghetti.
- 8Mix the spaghetti into the sauce.
- 9Add dried oregano.
- 10Add cream cheese.
- 11Mix again.
- 12Add mozzarella cheese.
- 13Serve and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
