Directions
- 1Add all ingredients (cake mix, 4 eggs, 1/3 cup oil, 1 cup milk, 1 box of chocolate pudding mix, 1 cup of sour cream) into a bowl and mix well.
- 2Spray your bundt pan with baking spray.
- 3Pour the mixture into the prepared bundt pan and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 4Let it cool down for about 5 minutes and wrap it in plastic.
- 5Freeze the cake for about an hour.
- 6For the cream cheese frosting, mix softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
- 7Remove the cake from the freezer and decorate with the frosting.
- 8Refrigerate the cake.
