Directions

  1. 1Arrange pitted dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. 2Roll the dates with a rolling pin to flatten and stick them together.
  3. 3Spread peanut butter evenly over the rolled dates.
  4. 4Sprinkle peanuts over the peanut butter layer.
  5. 5Pour melted chocolate over the peanuts, and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  6. 6Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the chocolate.
  7. 7Let the bark cool and set completely.
  8. 8Cut into bars and serve.
