Tips

  • Refrigerate for up to 10 days in an air-tight container
  • For a milder version, cut the chili flakes down to about 2 TBSP
  • Use sour cream, mayo, or plain yogurt (unsweetened) as Greek Yogurt substitute
  • Any neutral-flavored oil can be used as avocado oil substitute
  • Leave out the dill if you don’t like dill— it’ll still be delicious.
  • Use a whisk to thoroughly blend everything together. The oil needs to be emulsified.
