Refrigerate for up to 10 days in an air-tight container
For a milder version, cut the chili flakes down to about 2 TBSP
Use sour cream, mayo, or plain yogurt (unsweetened) as Greek Yogurt substitute
Any neutral-flavored oil can be used as avocado oil substitute
Leave out the dill if you don’t like dill— it’ll still be delicious.
