Directions

  1. 1Slice your pickles and jalapeños in half. Clean out the middle of both.
  2. 2Brown your ground beef and add in one batch of the seasoning (1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1.5 tsp paprika, etc…).
  3. 3Fill the pickle and/or jalapeño halves with ground beef and top with shredded cheese, in whatever ratio you like (just one pickle half, just one jalapeño half, one half jalapeño/one half pickle, etc…), then wrap in bacon and set aside.
  4. 4When all your bacon is used up, use the other batch of seasoning (1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1.5 tsp paprika, etc…) and sprinkle it all over the bacon.
  5. 5Bake these in the oven at 400°F for about 15-20 minutes, or throw them on the grill at around 400°F for the same time, or until cooked as desired.
  6. 6Dip in your favorite sauce and enjoy!
