Slice your pickles and jalapeños in half. Clean out the middle of both.
Brown your ground beef and add in one batch of the seasoning (1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1.5 tsp paprika, etc…).
Fill the pickle and/or jalapeño halves with ground beef and top with shredded cheese, in whatever ratio you like (just one pickle half, just one jalapeño half, one half jalapeño/one half pickle, etc…), then wrap in bacon and set aside.
When all your bacon is used up, use the other batch of seasoning (1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1.5 tsp paprika, etc…) and sprinkle it all over the bacon.
Bake these in the oven at 400°F for about 15-20 minutes, or throw them on the grill at around 400°F for the same time, or until cooked as desired.
Dip in your favorite sauce and enjoy!
