Directions
- 1Dice the potatoes.
- 2Pour maizena flour, wheat flour, salt, pepper and baking powder into a sieve, then sift.
- 3Add the egg to the flour mixture.
- 4Mix while adding milk little by little until smooth.
- 5Coat the skewered sausage with the dough.
- 6Stick the potato pieces to the sausage.
- 7Fry in hot oil until cooked through and brown.
- 8Add sauce and mayonnaise.
