  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. 5Fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
  6. 6Chill the dough in the fridge for about 15 minutes while the oven preheats.
  7. 7Scoop the dough into two balls and place them on a baking sheet. Press a few extra white chips and nuts into the tops.
  8. 8Bake for 11 13 minutes, until the edges are firm and the centers are just set.
  9. 9Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes to finish cooking and set up.
