Directions
- 1Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- 2Put the cubed potatoes in a bowl.
- 3Sift the cornstarch, wheat flour, salt, pepper and baking powder into a bowl.
- 4Add the egg and mix while adding milk little by little until it becomes a dough.
- 5Coat the skewered sausage with the dough.
- 6Stick the sausage to the diced potatoes.
- 7Fry in hot oil until cooked and brown.
- 8Add sauce and mayonnaise.
