Start off with your avocados and cut it crosswise.

Chop up the other ingredients like tomatoes and yellow onion.

Make your sauce, which is a blend of plum extract syrup, soy sauce, water, and sugar. Mix it up until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Grab an airtight container and shingle those avocados because you want the sauce to penetrate all parts of the avocado.

Add the rest of the ingredients: tomatoes cut side up, yellow onions, and slices of lemon.

Pour the marinade over the ingredients.

Cover it and refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours. Do not exceed this time, or it will get too soggy and too salty.

Enjoy with some rice, optionally adding an egg.
