Directions

  1. 1Mix all powders into honey until smooth.
  2. 2Give 1/2 tsp to children daily through cold and flu season or stir into warm water or milk.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp elderberry powder
  • 1/4 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • a pinch cardamom

Tips

  • Never give honey to infants under 12 months.
