Tips
You can use sour cream as a base, but mayo is preferred.
For chili garlic sauce, the Hoy Fong brand with the rooster is recommended.
You can use Dijon mustard instead of stone ground, but stone ground gives more texture.
Fresh ginger is preferred, but ginger paste is an acceptable substitute.
