Directions

  1. 1Add 400 ml of water to a saucepan.
  2. 2Mix in one tin of evaporated milk.
  3. 3Heat until about to boil.
  4. 4Add NONA brand lychee flavored crystal jelly powder.
  5. 5Add a pinch of salt.
  6. 6Pour the mixture into a baking pan, straining if desired.
  7. 7Add a few drops of rose syrup and swirl using a fork.
  8. 8Chill until solid.
  9. 9Place cut lychees on top of the jelly.
  10. 10Pour in the juice from the canned lychees.
  11. 11Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  12. 12Add 400 ml of water to a saucepan and heat until boiling.
  13. 13Add NONA brand strawberry flavored crystal jelly powder.
  14. 14Heat until boiling, then pour into a tray and chill until solid.
  15. 15Use a fork to shred the jelly.
  16. 16In a bowl, combine ice, diced watermelon, lychees, and strawberries.
  17. 17Add two spoons of condensed milk and two tins of evaporated milk.
  18. 18Mix in the strawberry jelly and cooked sago.
  19. 19Mix well.
