Directions
- 1Add 400 ml of water to a saucepan.
- 2Mix in one tin of evaporated milk.
- 3Heat until about to boil.
- 4Add NONA brand lychee flavored crystal jelly powder.
- 5Add a pinch of salt.
- 6Pour the mixture into a baking pan, straining if desired.
- 7Add a few drops of rose syrup and swirl using a fork.
- 8Chill until solid.
- 9Place cut lychees on top of the jelly.
- 10Pour in the juice from the canned lychees.
- 11Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- 12Add 400 ml of water to a saucepan and heat until boiling.
- 13Add NONA brand strawberry flavored crystal jelly powder.
- 14Heat until boiling, then pour into a tray and chill until solid.
- 15Use a fork to shred the jelly.
- 16In a bowl, combine ice, diced watermelon, lychees, and strawberries.
- 17Add two spoons of condensed milk and two tins of evaporated milk.
- 18Mix in the strawberry jelly and cooked sago.
- 19Mix well.
