Directions

  1. 1Add coconut oil or cocoa butter in a bowl.
  2. 2Melt the cocoa butter or coconut oil gently until fully liquid.
  3. 3Transfer it to a clean bowl.
  4. 4Add in milk powder, icing sugar, vanilla, salt to the melted fat.
  5. 5Mix well until everything is combined.
  6. 6Transfer the mixture to a blender.
  7. 7Blend until super smooth, glossy, and lump-free.
  8. 8Transfer to a mold.
  9. 9Pour into one large mould or multiple small moulds (any size you like).
  10. 10Refrigerate until set.
  11. 11Once set, unmould and use in all baking applications or just eat it as it is.

  • 100 g Coconut oil
  • 55 g Icing sugar, sifted very fine
  • 30 g Milk powder, sifted
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract or vanilla powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Tips

  • Cocoa butter gives true white chocolate flavor, coconut oil works beautifully too.
  • Full-cream milk powder gives best taste.
  • Salt is optional but recommended.
  • Refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes, or until fully set.
  • Use it for ganache, glazes, fillings, chop it like store-bought chocolate, or snack on it straight from the fridge.
