Denver Steak with Chimichurri

Directions
- 1Place the Denver steak in a hot pan with oil and sear both sides.
- 2Finely chop parsley.
- 3Finely chop cilantro.
- 4Finely chop chives.
- 5Chop basil.
- 6Finely chop shallot.
- 7Transfer the chopped herbs and shallot into a bowl.
- 8Grate lemon zest into the bowl.
- 9Squeeze lemon juice into the bowl.
- 10Grate garlic into the bowl.
- 11Season with salt and pepper.
- 12Add olive oil to the bowl.
- 13Add rice vinegar to the bowl.
- 14Mix all ingredients for the chimichurri sauce.
- 15Slice the cooked Denver steak.
- 16Serve the sliced Denver steak on a plate.
- 17Spoon the chimichurri sauce over the steak.
