Directions

  1. 1In a medium saucepan over medium low heat, combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and 1/2 cup cocoa powder.
  2. 2Stir to thoroughly combine.
  3. 3Bring to a boil and allow to boil for 1 minute, stirring continuously.
  4. 4Remove from heat and stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1/8 tsp mineral salt.
  5. 5Once cool, pour into an airtight container and store covered in the fridge.

  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.125 tsp mineral salt
