1Remove the silken tofu from its packaging and blot it with paper towels or a kitchen towel to remove excess water.
2Place the tofu gently into a bowl.
3Prepare the sauce by combining 3 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, a little honey for sweetness, 1 teaspoon of gochugaru, garlic, green onions, and sesame seeds in a separate bowl.
4Mix the sauce ingredients thoroughly.
5Pour the prepared sauce over the silken tofu.
6Garnish with more green onions.
7Crush and sprinkle some seasoned gim (seaweed) over the top of the tofu.
8Serve the silken tofu plain, or with rice and kimchi.

Tips
Tofu by itself doesn't have a lot of flavor, so proper preparation and seasoning are important.
You can omit gochugaru if you don't want it spicy.
You can eat it cold, or warm it up in the microwave.
