Funeral Chicken
Directions
- 1Debone one rotisserie chicken and add to a large mixing bowl.
- 2Add two 10 oz cans of condensed cream of chicken soup to the bowl.
- 3Add a 16 oz container of sour cream.
- 4Finely chop one bunch of green onions and add to the bowl.
- 5Add three tablespoons of dehydrated minced onion.
- 6Add two cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
- 7Add a 26 oz bag of shredded hash browns.
- 8Add salt and black pepper to taste and mix well.
- 9Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- 10Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
- 11Crush a sleeve of ritz crackers and add to a bowl. Mix with 1/2 stick of melted butter until the crackers are coated.
- 12Sprinkle the crackers over the casserole.
- 13Bake in a 375 degree oven until hot and bubbling, with the top golden brown.
