Directions

  1. 1Roughly chop the Oreo cookies with a knife.
  2. 2Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat until it browns.
  3. 3Add marshmallows to the browned butter and use a kitchen torch to toast them.
  4. 4Stir the toasted marshmallows into the browned butter until completely melted.
  5. 5Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies.
  6. 6Add a portion of Rice Krispies cereal and mix until combined.
  7. 7Stir in an additional handful of whole mini marshmallows.
  8. 8Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined square baking pan and press down evenly.

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 bag marshmallow
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1 box Rice Krispies cereal
