Directions
- 1Add one box of lemon cake mix into a bowl.
- 2Add one can of blueberry pie filling to the bowl.
- 3Pour one stick of melted butter into the bowl.
- 4Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- 5Fill the molds of your mini loaf pan with the mixture.
- 6Bake the mini loaves at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- 7For the frosting, add one box of Jell-O French Vanilla pudding mix to a separate bowl.
- 8Pour two cups of heavy whipping cream into the bowl with the pudding mix.
- 9Mix the frosting ingredients using a hand mixer until it becomes thick and creamy.
- 10Once the mini loaves are cooled, spread a generous amount of frosting on top of each one.
