Tuna Pasta Salad

Directions
- 1Add extra virgin olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt and black pepper into a bowl.
- 2Whisk to combine.
- 3Add cherry tomatoes, mozzarella bocconcini, olives, onions and marinated artichoke hearts to the bowl.
- 4Let it marinate while you cook the pasta.
- 5Add pasta to a pot of boiling water and cook.
- 6Drain and cool the pasta.
- 7Add the pasta into the bowl.
- 8Add tuna stored in olive oil.
- 9Add fresh parsley to the bowl.
