Directions

  1. 1Cut the lemon into slices.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix the lemon slices with sugar.
  3. 3Add eggs and mix with an immersion blender.
  4. 4Add flour, vanilla, and baking powder. Mix well using a whisk.
  5. 5Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
  6. 6Drizzle a small amount of oil on top.
  7. 7Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  8. 8Once the cake is out of the oven, squeeze half a lemon over it.
  9. 9Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the cake.
  10. 10Decorate with lemon slices.

  • 1 glass sugar
  • 1 glass sunflower oil
  • 2.5 glass flour
  • 10 g vanilla
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 0.5 bar white chocolate
  • 0.5 lemon lemon juice
