Directions
- 1Cut the lemon into slices.
- 2In a bowl, mix the lemon slices with sugar.
- 3Add eggs and mix with an immersion blender.
- 4Add flour, vanilla, and baking powder. Mix well using a whisk.
- 5Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
- 6Drizzle a small amount of oil on top.
- 7Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
- 8Once the cake is out of the oven, squeeze half a lemon over it.
- 9Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the cake.
- 10Decorate with lemon slices.
