Frozen S'mores
Directions
- 1Combine heavy cream and powdered sugar, then whip to form stiff peaks.
- 2In another mixing bowl, combine instant chocolate pudding and milk, whisking to dissolve any lumps.
- 3Once the pudding has thickened, fold in some of the whipped cream, then set aside.
- 4Take the bowl of remaining whipped cream and add in marshmallow fluff and softened cream cheese.
- 5Get your baking pan and line it with plastic wrap.
- 6Break the graham cracker sheets in half.
- 7Cover the bottom of the pan with graham crackers and evenly spread the chocolate pudding mixture on top.
- 8Repeat by spreading the whipped cream and marshmallow fluff layer evenly on top of that.
- 9Place the remaining graham crackers on top and freeze before slicing and serving.
