BROWN BUTTER brookies

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. 2Crack 3 eggs into a bowl.
  3. 3Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  4. 4Add melted butter, cocoa powder, vanilla, and chopped chocolate to the whisked eggs and mix until smooth.
  5. 5Add all-purpose flour to the mixture.

  7. 7Crack 1 egg into a bowl for the cookie layer.
  8. 8Add melted butter and sugar to the egg.
  9. 9Whisk until smooth and fluffy.

  • 1.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.75 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.33 cup semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 3 eggs, room temp
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
