Apple Pie
Directions
- 1In a processor, add the flour, sugar, and salt, then mix it.
- 2Add the cold butter.
- 3Put some cold water.
- 4Wrap the mix in a plastic film and put it in the fridge for at least one hour.
- 5Add flour on the counter.
- 6Take a piece of the mix and open it on top of baking paper with the help of a rolling pin.
- 7Put it in a refractory.
- 8Remove the edges and open the other piece that will go on top.
- 9Peel the apples and cut them.
- 10Put the cut apples in a bowl, then add lemon juice.
- 11Add sugar, flour, spices, and a pinch of salt.
- 12Mix it.
- 13Put the mix into the pie and put some butter cubes on it.
- 14Put the other part of the dough on top.
- 15Apertei dos ladinhos, fez uns cortes em cima pra sair o ar, pincelei ovo e salpiquei um pouquinho de açúcar.
- 16Bake at 180°c for +- 1 hour.

- 13 g açúcar refinado
- 1 colher de chá rasa sal
- 220 g manteiga sem sal GELADA
- 20 ml água GELADA
- 580 g maçã descascada e picada
- 0.5 suco de limão
- 80 g açúcar mascavo
- 80 g açúcar refinado
- 1 colher de chá cheia canela
- 1 colher de chá cheia especiarias Pumpkin Pie
- Pitadona de sal
- 20 g cubinhos de manteiga
- ovo batido
- pouquinho açúcar

Tips
- Geladeira por no mínimo 1 hora antes de abrir a massa (enrolado no papel filme).
- ESPERAR A TORTA ESFRIAR PARA CORTAR!
- O jeito mais fácil de cortar é com ela totalmente gelada, como mostrei no final.
- Essa torta fica PERFEITA COM UMA BOLA DE SORVETE DE CREME UI!!!!
- Caso fique difícil de entender algum processo da receita é só me chamar que eu ajudo.
- CUIDADO na hora de colocar a água na massa, coloque bem aos pouquinhos!!!!!. O ponto correto é quando tu pega partes da massa na mão e formam blocos. Não pode colocar água demais, isso afetará na textura final!
