Directions
- 1Add crushed biscuits and melted butter to a bowl and mix until combined.
- 2Scoop the mixture into cupcake cases and press down firmly.
- 3Whip double cream to stiff peaks.
- 4In another bowl, add cream cheese, icing sugar and melted Kinder chocolate and whisk until creamy and smooth.
- 5Fold in half of the whipped cream.
- 6Scoop the mixture onto the biscuit base and smooth it out.
- 7Freeze for 20 minutes.
- 8Top with the remaining whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate and a chunk of Kinder Bueno.
