Break biscuits into smaller pieces in a bowl.

In a saucepan, add water, sugar, coco powder, vanilla essence, and instant coffee.

Continuously mix ingredients on medium flame until boiling and then reduce flame.

Pour sauce over the biscuits.

Gently mix together until sauce is absorbed.

Transfer the biscuit mixture to a dish, press firmly, and even out the surface.

In a saucepan, add milk, sugar, coco powder, vanilla essence, and maida.

Continuously mix ingredients until thick, then add butter and stir to combine.

Pour the cream over the biscuit mixture and spread evenly.

Sprinkle coco powder on top.

Keep in fridge for at least 1 hour.

Cut into pieces and serve.

1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp nescafe instant coffee powder
1 cup milk
6 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp coco powder
0.5 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp maida (all purpose flour)
2 tbsp bitter butter

Tips
Marie biscuits are a great, less sweet option.
