Directions

  1. 1Break biscuits into smaller pieces in a bowl.
  2. 2In a saucepan, add water, sugar, coco powder, vanilla essence, and instant coffee.
  3. 3Continuously mix ingredients on medium flame until boiling and then reduce flame.
  4. 4Pour sauce over the biscuits.
  5. 5Gently mix together until sauce is absorbed.
  6. 6Transfer the biscuit mixture to a dish, press firmly, and even out the surface.
  7. 7In a saucepan, add milk, sugar, coco powder, vanilla essence, and maida.
  8. 8Continuously mix ingredients until thick, then add butter and stir to combine.
  9. 9Pour the cream over the biscuit mixture and spread evenly.
  10. 10Sprinkle coco powder on top.
  11. 11Keep in fridge for at least 1 hour.
  12. 12Cut into pieces and serve.
