Crispy Beef Tacos

Directions

  1. 1In a lightly oiled hot pan, drop in some ground beef.
  2. 2Press the ground beef down to a flat surface and allow it to caramelize.
  3. 3With a wooden spoon, properly break down the ground beef.
  4. 4Add some onions, jalapeno, and bell pepper to the pan.
  5. 5Cook the vegetables for a couple of minutes.
  6. 6Add in taco seasoning and a little water to build the sauce.
  7. 7Warm up corn tortillas in a little bit of hot oil.
  8. 8When the tortillas start to bubble, add in a little bit of cheese.
  9. 9When the cheese is slightly melted, load the tortilla with ground beef.
  10. 10Fold and toast the taco.
  11. 11Make thin slices of shredded lettuce.
  12. 12Add shredded lettuce, a couple of fresh tomatoes, and finish with a little bit of white sauce (sour cream and taco sauce mix) to the tacos.
