  2. 2Prepare different variations: Oreo and pistachio (with pistachio cream and pistachio cookies), Tiramisu, and classic Lotus with some coffee.
  3. 3Place the cheesecakes in the fridge overnight.
  4. 4The next day, top them with Lotus, pistachio cream, and some cocoa.
