Directions

  1. 1Start off with a container of cottage cheese.
  2. 2Add celery.
  3. 3Add carrot.
  4. 4Add onion and scallion.
  5. 5Add green olives.
  6. 6Add a good serving of mayonnaise.
  7. 7Stir it all together.
  8. 8Add lime jello (bloomed in 0.5 cup of hot water).
  9. 9Mix well.
  10. 10Put the mix in a crystal bowl and let it set in the fridge and marinate.

  • 1 cup green olives
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup lime jello
