Upside down apple tarts

Directions

  1. 1Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. 2Drizzle honey onto the parchment paper.
  3. 3Place a slice of butter on top of the honey.
  4. 4Sprinkle brown sugar over the butter.
  5. 5Add cinnamon on top of the brown sugar.
  6. 6Arrange sliced apples on top of the cinnamon.
  7. 7Cover the apples with a piece of puff pastry.
  8. 8Brush the puff pastry with egg yolk.
  9. 9Bake until golden brown.
  10. 10Flip the tart onto a plate using a spatula.
