Loaded Taco Hashbrowns

Directions

  1. 1In a hot pan, spread out some oil and then go in with your ground beef.
  2. 2When the beef is nice and brown, add your favorite taco seasoning.
  3. 3Add water to the beef and taco seasoning to create glossy taco meat.
  4. 4For the topping, combine canned corn, mayo, cayenne pepper, and a squeeze of lime.
  5. 5For the pico, halve and peel the onion, then slice it as thinly as possible.
  6. 6Follow suit with tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro, slicing them thinly.
  7. 7Squeeze in a healthy amount of lime and a pinch of salt to the pico.
  8. 8Place hash brown patties into your oven.
  9. 9After 20 minutes, add cheese to the hash browns and put them back in the oven to melt.
  10. 10To assemble, each hash brown patty gets a little bit of taco meat.
  11. 11Add a healthy scoop of corn to each hash brown patty.
  12. 12Top each hash brown patty with some pico.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 can canned corn
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 lime, juiced
  • 0.5 white onion
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 0.5 bundle cilantro
  • 10 hashbrown patties
  • 0.5 cup cheese
  • 1 pinch salt

Tips

  • Do not add vegetables to the beef.
  • When making pico, slice onion, tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro as thin as possible for the best eating experience.
  • If you don't like jalapeno, you can skip it.
