In a hot pan, spread out some oil and then go in with your ground beef.

When the beef is nice and brown, add your favorite taco seasoning.

Add water to the beef and taco seasoning to create glossy taco meat.

For the topping, combine canned corn, mayo, cayenne pepper, and a squeeze of lime.

For the pico, halve and peel the onion, then slice it as thinly as possible.

Follow suit with tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro, slicing them thinly.

Squeeze in a healthy amount of lime and a pinch of salt to the pico.

Place hash brown patties into your oven.

After 20 minutes, add cheese to the hash browns and put them back in the oven to melt.

To assemble, each hash brown patty gets a little bit of taco meat.

Add a healthy scoop of corn to each hash brown patty.

Top each hash brown patty with some pico.

1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp oil
1 packet taco seasoning
0.25 cup water
1 can canned corn
2 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp sour cream
0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
0.5 lime, juiced
0.5 white onion
2 Roma tomatoes
1 jalapeno
0.5 bundle cilantro
10 hashbrown patties
0.5 cup cheese
1 pinch salt

Tips
Do not add vegetables to the beef.
When making pico, slice onion, tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro as thin as possible for the best eating experience.
If you don't like jalapeno, you can skip it.
