- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 40 g Parmesan, grated
- 1 tsp Garlic granules
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 100 g sun dried tomatoes
- 250 ml chicken stock
- 200 ml double cream
- 40 g Parmesan, grated
- 2 tbsp sun dried tomato paste
- 20 g basil, torn

Tips
- Minced chicken or turkey will work well as a substitute for pork.
