  • 400 g minced pork
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 40 g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic granules
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 100 g sun dried tomatoes
  • 250 ml chicken stock
  • 200 ml double cream
  • 40 g Parmesan, grated
  • 2 tbsp sun dried tomato paste
  • 20 g basil, torn
  • pasta

Tips

  • Minced chicken or turkey will work well as a substitute for pork.
