Directions

  1. 1Add hard-boiled eggs, cream cheese, and mayonnaise to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  2. 2Add mustard, pickle juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Pulse again to combine.
  3. 3Transfer to a serving bowl and top with a sprinkle of paprika and chives before serving.

  • 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 sprinkle paprika
  • 1 sprinkle chives
