In a bowl, mix 110g of self raising flour, 100g of low fat Greek yoghurt, 1 tsp of Italian herb seasoning, 1 tsp of garlic powder and 7g of nutritional yeast (optional).
Knead the mixture until it forms a crumbly texture and form a dough ball.
Place the dough ball on a lightly floured surface and gently roll it out to your desired size.
Place 3 light mozzarella cheese sticks around the edges of the dough, then roll and pinch the edges to seal the crust.
Add more Italian herb seasoning to the pizza base.
Spread 80g of pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle 75g of low fat grated cheese over the sauce.
Add 35g of mini pepperoni slices (beef, regular, or turkey) over the cheese.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 22-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
