Directions
- 1Mix unsalted butter, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, an egg, an egg yolk, and vanilla.
- 2Add AP flour, dark cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and chocolate chips and mix.
- 3Scoop the dough, form a ball and place them on a baking sheet.
- 4Mix butter, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla to make the peanut butter cream.
- 5Top the cooled cookies with peanut butter cream.
- 6Make the ganache with semi sweet chocolate chips and heavy cream and put it on top of the peanut butter cream.

- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 6 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1.5 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 0.75 cup heavy cream
