Korean-style pork chops

Directions

  1. 1Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. 2Melt butter and a little olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Add the pork chops to the pan and fry until golden on both sides, then set aside.
  4. 4Add chopped onions to the same pan and sauté until golden.
  5. 5Add chopped garlic and stir until browned.
  6. 6Stir in the cornstarch.
  7. 7Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine.
  8. 8Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. 9Return the pork chops to the pan, submerge them in the sauce, and cook for 5 minutes.
  10. 10Garnish with parsley and green onions to serve.
