Directions

  1. 1Peel and cube large Russet potatoes.

  5. 5Shake the bowl to coat the potatoes evenly with the seasoning.
  6. 6Transfer the seasoned potatoes to an air fryer basket.
  7. 7Air fry the potatoes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
  8. 8With about 12 minutes left for the potatoes, add a pound of ground beef and a diced onion to a hot skillet.
  9. 9Add seasoning to the ground beef and onion.
  10. 10Cook the ground beef and onion until browned and cooked through.
  11. 11Pour the crispy air-fried potatoes into the skillet with the cooked ground beef and onion.
  12. 12Mix the potatoes and ground beef together.
  13. 13Top the mixture with shredded cheese and bacon bits.
  14. 14Place the skillet in the oven for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese.
