Pretzel dog
Directions
- 1Mix warm water, yeast, and brown sugar in a bowl and let rest to bloom.
- 2Add bread flour, salt, and vegetable oil to the yeast mixture and combine in a mixer.
- 3Cover the dough and let rest in a warm place.
- 4Divide dough into 100g portions, then shape each into a long rope.
- 5Wrap the dough rope around each hot dog starting at the top.
- 6Boil the wrapped hot dogs in water with baking soda.
- 7Apply egg wash and bake in a preheated oven.

- 15 g instant yeast
- 37 g brown sugar
- 900 g bread flour
- 23 g salt
- 90 g vegetable oil
- 12 whole hot dog
