8Cook tortellini according to package directions, slightly undercooking them, then drain and toss with a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking.
9Grease a 9x13" baking dish, combine tortellini, seared steak, and cheese sauce in the dish, and stir gently to mix evenly.
10Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
11Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Tips
