Directions

  1. 1Grease a muffin tin with butter.
  2. 2Add ground beef into each cup of the muffin tin and mold it around the edges.
  3. 3Add salt to taste.
  4. 4Whisk 3 eggs together.
  5. 5Add some egg into each cup.
  6. 6Add parmesan cheese on top (optional).
  7. 7Bake at 400F/200C for 20 minutes.
