Carnivore Muffins
Directions
- 1Grease a muffin tin with butter.
- 2Add ground beef into each cup of the muffin tin and mold it around the edges.
- 3Add salt to taste.
- 4Whisk 3 eggs together.
- 5Add some egg into each cup.
- 6Add parmesan cheese on top (optional).
- 7Bake at 400F/200C for 20 minutes.
