Directions

  1. 1Place slices of cream cheese on top of crackers.
  2. 2Sprinkle a sweet barbecue rub, like the old fashion or brown sugar.
  3. 3Add a slice of thick cut bacon.
  4. 4Add a thin slice of jalapeno.
  5. 5Add more seasoning.
  6. 6Cook using a smoker with Bear Mountain pellets or your oven.
  7. 7Add a little bit of honey at the end.
