Directions

  1. 1Add one cup of avocado oil to a glass jar.
  2. 2Add one egg.
  3. 3Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
  4. 4Add one teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
  5. 5Add one teaspoon of white wine vinegar.
  6. 6Add a pinch of sea salt.
  7. 7Use an immersion blender to mix all ingredients together. Start at the bottom and slowly move up.

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch sea salt
