Sausage and Egg Toast

Directions
- 1Slice the sausages into rounds.
- 2Beat the eggs.
- 3Add pepper, garlic powder and salt.
- 4Mix well.
- 5Cut the center out of the bread slices.
- 6Flatten bread with a rolling pin.
- 7Grease the frying pan with oil using a brush.
- 8Place bread slices in the frying pan.
- 9Add sliced sausage inside bread.
- 10Pour the egg mixture over the sausage.
- 11Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- 12Put the bread on top.
- 13Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- 14Flip with the help of a spatula.
- 15Cover and cook for 2 more minutes.
- 16Serve on a plate.
