Directions

  1. 1Slice the sausages into rounds.
  2. 2Beat the eggs.
  3. 3Add pepper, garlic powder and salt.
  4. 4Mix well.
  5. 5Cut the center out of the bread slices.
  6. 6Flatten bread with a rolling pin.
  7. 7Grease the frying pan with oil using a brush.
  8. 8Place bread slices in the frying pan.
  9. 9Add sliced sausage inside bread.
  10. 10Pour the egg mixture over the sausage.
  11. 11Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  12. 12Put the bread on top.
  13. 13Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  14. 14Flip with the help of a spatula.
  15. 15Cover and cook for 2 more minutes.
  16. 16Serve on a plate.
