Brown the butter in a pan.

Pour the browned butter into a bowl.

Add the light brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the browned butter and mix.

Peel the apples.

Core the apples.

Mix 1/3 of the diced apples with half of the cinnamon filling.

Line the parchment paper on the tray with melted salted butter.

Transfer the focaccia dough to the tray and gently stretch it to the edges.

Spread the apple and cinnamon filling over the dough.

Fold the dough as seen in the video, placing one side over the other.

Flip the dough over.

Cover and let the dough proof at room temperature for 1-1.5 hours.

Warm up the remaining cinnamon sugar butter to a drizzling consistency.

Mix the warmed cinnamon sugar butter with the remaining 2/3 diced apples.

Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the dough and dimple it in.

Bake for 23-25 minutes at 215°C/420°F.

While baking, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and a dash of vanilla extract and cinnamon for the glaze.

Drizzle the glaze over the focaccia once it's out of the oven.

Brush the glaze on top, sides, and bottom of the focaccia.

Transfer the focaccia to a cooling rack for the glaze to harden (about 15 minutes).
