Directions

  1. 1Sauté onions and garlic.
  2. 2Add ground beef (or Italian sausage, or both).
  3. 3Add seasonings and tomato paste.
  4. 4Add marinara sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5Add broken lasagna sheets and cook until al dente.
  6. 6Add heavy cream, fresh parsley, basil, and spinach.
  7. 7Stir well and let simmer until the flavors combine.

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 box lasagna sheets
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 handful fresh parsley
  • 1 handful basil
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful ricotta
  • 1 handful mozzarella
  • 1 handful parmesan
