Directions

  1. 1Add frozen strawberries to the food processor.
  2. 2Add a fourth cup of freshly squeezed lemon.
  3. 3Add three tablespoons of honey.
  4. 4Mix everything together in a food processor until smooth.
  5. 5Taste the mixture and add more honey or lemon if desired.
  6. 6Add another tablespoon of honey to the mixture.
  7. 7Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.

  • 1 pound frozen strawberries
  • 0.25 cup freshly squeezed lemon
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Tips

  • You can eat it right away if you like a soft serve consistency.
