Directions
- 1Mix 200g butter with 150g brown sugar, add 1 egg. Incorporate 320g flour and 1tsp baking powder. Knead until smooth, add 100g chocolate chips.
- 2Spread half the dough in an 18-20cm pan, spread 4 tbsp of chocolate cream on top. Cover with remaining dough, sprinkle more chocolate chips.
- 3Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 30-40 minutes.
