Directions
- 1Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet
- 2Brush the puff pastry with egg, sprinkle sesame seeds, prick with a fork and bake
- 3Slice red onion, cucumber and chives
- 4Mix tuna, fresh cheese, red onion, lemon zest and chives in a salad bowl
- 5Spread the mixture on the baked dough
- 6Arrange the slices of cucumber in a circle
- 7Sprinkle chives, lemon zest, olive oil and sesame seeds
