Add ground beef to a pan on medium heat.

Chop the ground beef aggressively with a meat chopper until it's brown and crispy.

Drain the grease from the browned beef using a paper towel.

Add mustard, ketchup, and pickle juice to the beef.

Add diced minced onion, garlic salt, and pepper.

Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon.

Add tomato paste and beef broth.

Stir everything together and bring it to a simmer.

Add the egg noodles to the simmering mixture.

Pour in 2.5 cups of water.

Place a lid on the pan and let it simmer on medium heat until the noodles are cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.

Add a bag of Tillamook Triple Cheddar Blend cheese and stir it in.

Add slices of cheddar cheese and let them melt.

Stir the melted cheese into the hamburger helper.

1 bag egg noodles
2.5 cups water
1 bag Tillamook Triple Cheddar Blend cheese
some cheddar cheese slices
